Kids Club in the Park

There are two Kids Club in the Park events scheduled for June. The first will be held on June 14th at the Westport Park Pavilion from 6- 8 pm. The second will be held on June 21st at Tom Watkins Park Community Center on High St from 6 - 8 pm. Both will offer food, crafts, games, music, prizes, and Bible stories for kids Kindergarten through 6th grade. Everything is free and a great time is had by all. Come join us!

Baseball, Bibles, & Fellowship

The next Baseball, Bibles, and Fellowship will be on June 16th at 6:15 pm in the Springfield Cardinals Practice Facility. Come on out and Fellowship with other believers before cheering on the Springfield Cardinals at the evening's game.

SPS Walk/Run and Community Fair

This Saturday, June 12th, the SPS Walk/Run and Community Fair will be held at JFK stadium. The Walk/Run begins at 8:30 am and the Community Fair will be from 10 am to 2 pm. Come out and support our community schools by attending the event!

Victory Garden

Work is continuing out at the Garden. We are already overflowing with lettuce and new plants are popping up daily. If you would like to help out at the Garden and need directions, please call the office at 887-3111 x258, or call Stubby @ 207-1232. We usually are out at the Garden every day weather permitting.

Baseball, Bibles, & Fellowship

Its that time of year again when we start singing that old familiar song ...."Take me out to the Ballgame ....". Baseball, Bibles, & Fellowship will begin on May 26th right before the first Wednesday home game for the Springfield Cardinals at 6 pm. Come join us in the Training Facility for a short insight into the Bible, a few songs to lift our spirits, and some fellowship with other believers before we cheer on the Springfield Cardinals.
